1 : Cook MiLa Zha Jiang noodles according to the package instructions. 2 : Dip one rice paper sheet in water until thoroughly wet. Place it on a flat plate. 3 : Add a small amount of noodles to the center and add mozzarella cheese. Top with more noodles. 4 : Fold the bottom edge of the rice paper over the filling, then fold the sides inward. Roll it tightly and repeat the process, wrapping with a second layer of rice paper. 5 : Heat oil in a skillet and fry the dumplings until both sides turn crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. 6 : Garnish with MiLa Chili Crisp and scallions.
