Crispy Rice Paper Dumplings

What you need

scallion

jalapeno pepper

oz baby bella mushroom

oz napa cabbage

oz carrot

oz firm tofu
tbsp oil

tbsp soy sauce

white pepper

tsp sesame oil

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp rice vinegar

tbsp chili oil

tsp sesame seed
Instructions
1 : Add oil to a skillet over high heat and add garlic and scallions. Saute for 30 seconds until fragrant. 2 : Add jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and tofu. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. 3 : Add napa cabbage and cook until soft. 4 : Turn off the heat and season with soy sauce, white pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well and set aside to cool down. 5 : Dip the rice paper in water until thoroughly wet. Place it on a flat surface and add the cooked fillings. Fold it into a square shape and wrap it with a second layer of rice paper. 6 : Add the remaining oil to the skillet and fry the dumplings until both sides are golden brown, about 5 minutes. 7 : Serve with spicy dipping sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
