tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
1 : Slice the cucumber into thin pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, peel and dice the mango, and slice or dice the avocado. 2 : Cook the InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken according to the package instructions (bake or air fry for best results). 3 : Once cooked, drizzle the chicken with the included sauce and stir to coat evenly. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of the sauce for later. 4 : In a small bowl, whisk together the reserved sauce, low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, and grated ginger until well combined. 5 : In a large bowl, start by layering the spring mix as the base. 6 : Add the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and mango on top. 7 : Place the crispy honey chicken on top of the salad. 8 : Drizzle the soy-ginger vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to combine.View original recipe
