Instructions
1 : Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and the white parts of the scallions. Sauté until fragrant. 2 : Pour in the water or broth, then stir in the miso paste until fully dissolved. 3 : Add soy milk, soy sauce and white pepper, stirring to combine. 4 : Add red chilies, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and frozen soup dumplings. Cover and let simmer for 6 minutes. 5 : Add the halved bok choy, cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the dumplings are fully cooked through. 6 : Garnish with scallion greens and serve hot.
