Instructions
1: Cut the cornish hen into small pieces. 2: Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and sauces listed for 1 hour. 3: While the chicken is marinating, soak the lotus leaves in hot water for an hour. 4: Place the soaked lotus leaves in a bamboo steamer. 5: Add the marinated chicken in the middle of the lotus leaves. 6: Fold each side of the lotus leaves up and wrap tightly. 7: Cover and steam for 40 minutes. 8: Garnish with chopped scallions and serve hot.View original recipe
