Chinese Green Beans with Pork

What you need

oz green beans
tbsp oil

tbsp granulated garlic

tbsp fresh ginger

dried chili peppers

tsp chili sauce

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp dark soy sauce

tsp sugar
Instructions
1 : Wash the green beans and pat dry. Snap off the ends and cut them in half if they are longer. 2 : Heat a wok over high heat and add 2 tbsp oil. Add the green beans and dry-fry them for 5 minutes or until they are slightly charred and tender. Transfer out and set aside. 3 : Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok and the minced pork. Cook until the pork is browned, about 2-3 minutes. 4 : Add the minced ginger, minced garlic, and dried red chili peppers. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5 : Add the green beans back in and add the sauce. Stir everything together to ensure it is well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes. 6 : Serve hot with rice and enjoy!View original recipe
