tbsp garlic

tbsp scallion

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp black vinegar

tsp white sesame seeds

tbsp chili powder

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions (usually 5–7 minutes) until chewy. Drain and transfer to a bowl. 2. Heat the oil in a small saucepan until very hot. Tip: Dip a wooden chopstick into the oil, if steady bubbles form around it, it’s ready. 3. Add garlic, scallions, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds, and Sichuan chili powder directly over the noodles. 4. Pour the hot oil over the seasonings to sizzle and bloom the flavors. 5. Mix well until the noodles are evenly coated. Serve hot and enjoy!
