Instructions
1 : Marinate the chicken breast with soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil for about 10 minutes. 2 : Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add marinated chicken, and cook until done. 3 : Push the chicken to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling them. 4 : Add diced onion and Thai chili peppers, cooking until the onion is translucent. 5 : Mix in the leftover rice, soy sauce, white pepper powder, and chili oil, stir-frying until heated through. 6 : Finish with chopped scallions and serve.View original recipe
