This Cantonese chow mein, also known as supreme soy sauce chow mein, is an easy and delicious noodle dish that takes less than 10 minutes to make with simple ingredients.

What you need

cup bean sprouts

onion

scallion
tbsp oil

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp dark soy sauce

tbsp water

tsp sugar
Instructions
1 : Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the chow mein noodles. Let it cook for 1 minute and drain. Pat dry with a paper towel. 2 : Add 1 tbsp oil to a heated wok and add the sliced onion. Cook for 30 seconds until translucent. Transfer out and set aside. 3 : Heat the wok over high heat and add the remaining oil. Add the noodles, and use a pair of chopsticks to spread them out. 4 : Add the sauce around the wok and stir to mix well. 5 : Add bean sprouts, scallions, and cooked onion. Stir and cook until the scallions are wilted. 6 : Drizzle sesame oil and mix one last time. Serve while hot and enjoy!View original recipe
