1: Simmer octopus with onions, garlic, scallions, water, and cooking wine for about 45 minutes. 2: Transfer the octopus out and save the remaining sauce. 3: Sizzle fresh chorizo in a separate pan until almost cooked. 4: Add red chili peppers and the braised octopus to the pan. 5: Season with 3 teaspoons of sauce, salt to taste, chili oil, and cayenne pepper. 6: Stir for 1-2 minutes until no more liquid is left. 7: Garnish with chopped cilantro.View original recipe
