An easy and nutritious bok choy stir fry that takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. This dish pairs perfectly with a bowl of steaming white rice.

What you need

garlic
tbsp oil

tbsp water

tsp salt

tsp white pepper
Instructions
1 : Cut the bok choy in quarters and slice the garlic. Wash thoroughly under cold water and drain. 2 : Heat a wok over medium heat and add oil, add garlic pieces and fry for 10 seconds until fragrant. 3 : Add the bok choy and turn the heat to high. Add water if it’s too dry and stir until the bok choy begins to wilt and the stalks are tender, but be careful not to burn them. 4 : Sprinkle salt and white pepper, and mix well.
