tbsp soy sauce

tsp baking soda
tsp cornstarch

tsp water

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp dark soy sauce

tsp sugar

tsp coarse black pepper
tsp cornstarch

cup low-salt chicken broth
Instructions
1 : Cut the flank steak into thin strips and marinate with the seasonings for 30 minutes. 2 : Prepare the sauce by combining the listed ingredients. 3 : Heat the wok and add 2 tbsp oil until it smokes. 4 : Add the beef and fry until about 80% cooked, with some pink still visible. Transfer out and set aside. 5 : Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil, ginger, garlic, onion, and peppers. Stir for 30 seconds to release the flavors.
