What you need
oz lo mein noodles

tbsp granulated garlic

scallion

oz carrot

oz napa cabbage

oz portabella mushrooms

tbsp sesame oil

oz flank steak

tsp light soy sauce

tsp baking soda
tsp cornstarch

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp hoisin sauce

tbsp water

tbsp chili oil
Instructions
1 : Marinate the beef for 15 minutes. 2 : Blanch the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain under cold water to stop the cooking process. 3 : Add 2 tbsp oil to a heated wok and add the beef. Cook until 80% cooked. Transfer out and set aside. 4 : Add the remaining tbsp of oil to the wok and add garlic, white part scallion, carrot, napa cabbage, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are wilted, about 3 minutes. 5 : Add the noodles and pour in the sauce. Mix until the sauce is fully absorbed. 6 : Add the beef back, and toss everything together. 7 : Turn off the heat. Drizzle sesame oil and add the green parts of scallions. Serve!View original recipe
