A staple Chinese takeout dish with tender beef and crunchy broccoli in an incredibly flavorful sauce. It's surprisingly easy to make at home and tastes way better.

What you need

broccoli
tbsp oil

tbsp fresh ginger

tbsp granulated garlic

tbsp soy sauce

tsp baking soda
tsp cornstarch

tsp water

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp dark soy sauce

tsp sugar

tsp white pepper

cup chicken broth
Instructions
1 : Add the seasonings to sliced beef and mix. Marinate for 15 minutes. 2 : Make the stir-fry sauce by combining the listed ingredients. 3 : Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds until they turn vibrant green. Transfer to an ice bath. 4 : Heat the wok and add 2 tbsp oil until it smokes. 5 : Add the beef and fry until about 80% cooked. Transfer out and set aside. 6 : Add the remaining oil and add ginger and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds to release the flavors. 7 : Add Shaoxing wine and pour the sauce. Stir until the sauce starts to thicken. Add the cooked beef and broccoli. Mix well with the sauce. 8 : Serve with rice and enjoy!View original recipe
