1: Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking. 2: Air-fry the InnovAsian Sweet & Sour Chicken at 375°F for about 6 minutes. 3: While it cooks, place the sauce pack in a bowl of warm water to thaw. 4: Once the chicken is heated, toss it with about half of the sweet & sour sauce until evenly coated. 5: Thread the chicken and pineapple chunks alternately onto the skewers. 6: Place the skewers in the air fryer and cook for an additional 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken and pineapple are caramelized and golden. 7: While the skewers are cooking, heat the InnovAsian Vegetable Fried Rice according to the package instructions. 8: Place the fried rice onto a serving plate and top with 2–3 skewers per person. 9: Brush the skewers with a little extra sweet & sour sauce.
