1 : In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced shrimp, light soy sauce, white pepper, salt, egg white, grated ginger, scallions, and sesame oil. 2 : Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. 3 : Lay out a piece of wonton wrapper and place 1 tsp of filling in the center. 4 : Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, pressing the edges to seal. 5 : Bring the two corners of the triangle together, wet one corner with water, and press to seal. 6 : Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the wontons and cook until they float to the surface, about 3-4 minutes. 7 : In a serving bowl, add scallions, white pepper, sesame oil, dried seaweed, and chicken broth. 8 : Add the cooked wontons to the bowl, mix gently to combine and let the flavors meld. Enjoy!
