1 : Marinate the beef for 15 minutes. 2 : Blanch the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain under cold water to stop the cooking process. 3 : Add 2 tbsp oil to a heated wok and add the beef. Cook until 80% cooked. Transfer out and set aside. 4 : Add the remaining tbsp of oil to the wok and add garlic, white part scallion, carrot, napa cabbage, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are wilted, about 3 minutes. 5 : Add the noodles and pour in the sauce. Mix until the sauce is fully absorbed. 6 : Add the beef back, and toss everything together. 7 : Turn off the heat. Drizzle sesame oil and add the green parts of scallions. Serve!
