1 : Add the seasonings to sliced beef and mix. Marinate for 15 minutes. 2 : Make the stir-fry sauce by combining the listed ingredients. 3 : Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds until they turn vibrant green. Transfer to an ice bath. 4 : Heat the wok and add 2 tbsp oil until it smokes. 5 : Add the beef and fry until about 80% cooked. Transfer out and set aside. 6 : Add the remaining oil and add ginger and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds to release the flavors. 7 : Add Shaoxing wine and pour the sauce. Stir until the sauce starts to thicken. Add the cooked beef and broccoli. Mix well with the sauce. 8 : Serve with rice and enjoy!
