1 : Wash the green beans and pat dry. Snap off the ends and cut them in half if they are longer. 2 : Heat a wok over high heat and add 2 tbsp oil. Add the green beans and dry-fry them for 5 minutes or until they are slightly charred and tender. Transfer out and set aside. 3 : Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok and the minced pork. Cook until the pork is browned, about 2-3 minutes. 4 : Add the minced ginger, minced garlic, and dried red chili peppers. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5 : Add the green beans back in and add the sauce. Stir everything together to ensure it is well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes. 6 : Serve hot with rice and enjoy!
