1 : Cut the flank steak into thin strips and marinate with the seasonings for 30 minutes. 2 : Prepare the sauce by combining the listed ingredients. 3 : Heat the wok and add 2 tbsp oil until it smokes. 4 : Add the beef and fry until about 80% cooked, with some pink still visible. Transfer out and set aside. 5 : Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil, ginger, garlic, onion, and peppers. Stir for 30 seconds to release the flavors. Add Shaoxing wine around the wok. 6 : Pour the sauce and stir until it thickens. Add the beef and mix well with the sauce. 7 : Serve with rice and enjoy!
