1: In a small saucepan over low heat, bring ¾ cups of heavy cream to a simmer. 2: Remove and pour it over 12 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 3: Stir until all chocolate is melted and the mixture turns smooth. 4: Pour it into a shallow pan or a baking dish, spread evenly using a spatula, and refrigerate overnight for 8 hours. 5: Scoop 1 tbsp of chocolate mixture into the palm of your hand and roll it into a ball. 6: Decorate with sprinkles if using and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. 7: Serve right away, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month/freezer for up to 3 months.
