1 : Dice onion, garlic, scallion, kimchi, and spam. 2 : In a mixing bowl, add kimchi juice, gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well. 3 : Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add spam and fry until crispy. 4 : Add onions, garlic, and white parts of scallion. Quickly stir fry for 20 seconds. 5 : Add the kimchi and stir for 3 minutes until soft and liquid evaporates. 6 : Add the day-old rice and break up clumps while stirring. 7 : Add the sauce and mix well. 8 : Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil. 9 : Garnish with fried egg, sesame seeds, scallions, and shredded nori.
