1: In a wok, heat up some oil and cook the shrimp with 1 tsp soy sauce until pink. Transfer out and set aside. 2: In the same wok, add more oil and crack two eggs. Break them apart as you stir until there's no more liquid. Set aside. 3: Heat the wok up again and add 2 tbsp of oil, then add onion and Thai chili peppers. Cook until the onions turn translucent. 4: Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili oil. Mix well. 5: Add the cooked shrimp and eggs back to the wok. Stir well. 6: Mix everything together for another minute. Serve.
