1 : In a mixing bowl, add ground pork, grated ginger, soy sauce, white pepper, salt, egg white, scallions, and heated oil. Combine well. 2 : To fold the wontons, place one piece of the wrapper on your hand and add 1 tsp of filling in the middle. Wet all edges with water and fold in half forming a rectangle. Dab one corner with water and bring the other corner over on top. Press and seal tight. 3 : Combine the listed ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well. 4 : For fresh wontons, cook them in a pot of boiled water over high heat for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Once they float to the surface, they are done. 5 : For frozen wontons, add them to a pot of boiled water and bring it back to a boil. Immediately add 1/2 cup of cold water and wait for it to boil for a second time. 6 : Place the wontons in a bowl and add the sauce on top. Garnish with scallions and enjoy!
